OSLO, Norway ? Police say security cameras captured Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik minutes before he detonated a car bomb outside the prime minister's office, killing eight people.
Oslo Police District spokesman Roar Hansen says a photograph published by Norwegian Internet news service ABC Nyheter on Thursday is authentic and came from monitoring cameras at government headquarters.
Hansen told The Associated Press that the picture has not been released by police but was part of a confidential police report submitted to lawyers assisting relatives and survivors of the July 22 attacks.
Breivik detonated the bomb, then drove to a youth camp on the island of Utoya where he killed 69 people in a shooting spree.
